Snapchat is not saving my streaks.

My Snapchat is not saving my streaks after I send them and I reinstalled my app and everything.

You have to submit a ticket to the Snapchat support team so they can restore it to your account. Access the following link then select My Snapchat isn’t working > Snapstreaks.
