Safari offers you the possibility to export its bookmarks into HTML format and Chrome supports this format and can import it accordingly.

From Safari's menu use File > Export Bookmarks and choose a place for your bookmarks file then start Chrome and press Ctrl+Shift+O key combination and from the Organize button choose: Import Bookmarks from HTML file and choose the exported file. You will notice that in a few seconds, your browser will be populated with the bookmarks you imported.
