You can transfer your music from your PC to the tablet using a USB cable regardless if it's Android or iOS-based. Connect the tablet to PC and then enable File Transfer. You'll find your device in Computer or on the desktop (for Mac). Locate the Music folder and copy the files there, then use the built-in player to play them. For iOS-based devices, connect the device and start iTunes, create playlists and synchronize them. Start the music player and you'll have the possibility to play them.
