The app does not play the channels.

After opening the app the channels do not open. What is the reason? I have a premium channels package valid up to 28 September 2017.

The latest update for BGCN TV was in 2015. There are almost 3 years since, therefore it's questionable if the software and service reliability can be trusted anymore. I recommend checking the built-in Firewall to see if the software is allowed to connected to the Internet. If you still have issues, then getting in touch with the developers is a must since they can provide the correct status of their service.

To contact the developers, access their Facebook page and use the Message button to contact them.
