I've searched the web but didn't find anything about the IDEA CON and its files. However, here is a trick that you can use and applies to most of the apps. As long as you have a PRINT function in your program, any opened file can be saved as PDF. This is achieved with the help of the virtual printer drivers that have the capability of saving content to PDF.
For example, you can use CutePDF Writer to install a driver, then open your file, go to Print and instead of selecting the default physical printer, choose CutePDF Writer. You will be prompted to input the name of the file and its location, then you can access it normally.
