I am using Windows 10. What are my options for getting it to work? It will no longer open.

The only possible way is to emulate a previous version of Windows on the currently running one. You can do this with the help of a VirtualBox and an installation disc. For example, you can set up Windows XP if you the software worked normally in that version of Windows. Here is a tutorial to follow if you never worked with VirtualBox. Basically, it teaches you how to create a virtual machine and configure it to run the guest OS that you need.

I've also visited the official website of Pradis, but it doesn't appear to be available even if I used the search feature.
