We are getting errors while opening the TP2 application. We are getting the below error. Error refreshing in work progress list. Can't view the queues after clicking on the Ok button. Could you please suggest us what will be the cause for this?

I couldn't find anything about the TP2v3 Desktop application which could also mean that might be discontinued. I've searched the web for the application and didn't find anyting although the official website appears to be online. They don't have any information as well or it could be released only for Internal usage for the companies they represent (as stated on the official website).

I strongly recommend contacting them to see exactly what is the status of the application and how can you fix the errors.
