Hi, we have installed the Access control software for our company. After I update "Deactivate date" from 2020-12-31 to 2028-12-31 in user/personnel, we cannot download the access card, cannot change the password of each user and even the access privilege. I cannot find out the solution from my supplier. Do you have any suggestion for it? If I install the software and add the ICC card details again? Will it back to normal?

The software requires advanced knowledge when it comes to management. Also, I need files to work with Contactless Cards Management System and since I don't have them I recommend checking the support page with all the applications and documents. On the other hand, what you said above can be viable as long as the software doesn't require additional configuration procedures.
