There is a backup feature that you can use to keep a copy of your content if it gets damaged or deleted, but that's it. If you visit the application's page at Software Informer and download the archive, there will be a chance to read about the software's functionality with the help of the built-in Readme file.
This is the only way to obtain support for the software.
