I've downloaded Weight Commander and it appears that's working on Windows 10 without issues. There is no need to apply any compatibility tweaks or custom settings as it will work normally.
Visit the download page on the Software Informer and then save the package. Right click it and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility, then use the recommended settings and launch the application.
