Why does LinPDF run much slower when the service uses local system account versus administrator user account?

When you give Administrator access to an application, you also allow it to fully use the system's processing power and features. That's why when you're working with applications that use system libraries, they're actually faster, error-free, and stable.

Right click LincPDF and choose Run as Administrator. To assure you, I've downloaded the application as well and it works normally. Of course, I've launched it with Administrator access enabled.
