I can't find any official website for MultiSimplex and all the unofficial references about the application that I could find on the Web are at least six old, which leads me to believe that the product has been discontinued. Unfortunately, this means that you won't be able to buy it anymore.
In case you're looking for an alternative solution, you might want to check out an application called East 6, which provides a somewhat similar functionality.
