Unfortunately, the 5.x version of NiceLabel is too old, so I can't find any official documentation regarding its Windows compatibility. According to some unofficial data I found online that edition of the application works on Windows 7, which means that it should run under Windows 10 as well, either directly or in compatibility mode (right-click the executable, go to Properties-->Compatibility, check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows 7 or older from the drop-down menu).
However, both NiceLabel 6 and NiceLabel 2017 are designed to work with Windows 10, so you have an alternative solution in case you need it.
