No, there is no version of VRTool that is compatible with the Mac OSX. I've identified the official website and this is the operating system (and its versions) where VRTool can be installed on: compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 (true Windows PCs).
However, if you install Wine Bottler, it might be possible to use a Windows app on a Mac OSX environment: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/
