I've replicated the procedure and it appears that I can't download the application as well. The website of Genesys V.A. Beta is working just fine, but there is no download link available. When you click on the menu, only a few items are shown including a link that leads to the contact form.
Use that form and get in touch with the developers to ask them about this issue, especially when you have an account and the download should work.
