If you check the features page on the ZOC Terminal's website, you'll all the supported protocols, emulation, and connectivity. From what I see there, no info about IBM 6000 could be found which means that it might not be possible to use ZOC Terminal with the IBM 6000.
Go ahead and download the software then test it, because sometimes the software will detect automatically what type of terminal you're connecting to.
