No, X-OOM Music Clean hasn't been developed to support this process. According to its description, you can use the application to convert old music collection (like LP, vinyl discs or tape records) in digital audio files.
To RIP an AUDIO CD to PC, another application will be used. I highly recommend dbPowerAmp and its CD Ripper module.
