The MQJExplorer needs another installer, one in the JAR format that can be obtained from the Google Code website project page. I've downloaded the one from Software Informer, but the BAT file is not running properly, therefore a new package is required.
To download it visit the website below, then click on the Downloads section and save this file: MQJExplorerv0.14setup.jar.
Note: The antivirus will detect it as an exploit, but I can assure you that it's safe since I've installed the program.
