Lenovo Photo Master's hiding capabilities only work within the program's own interface. This means that the file is still visible in its original folder on your PC. Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to make the pictures that you've hidden visible again, but you can always copy them to a different folder and then import that folder into Lenovo Photo Master.
