Ground wave calculation with linear cliff medium.

Is it possible to calculate electrical field near the ground, while the ground environment is defined as linear cliff? The medium one is sand ground and medium two is sea. In the RP 1 card it's possible to define space wave plus surface wave OR linear cliff. Does it mean that when choosing surface wave the linear cliff is not accounted?

The only thing I've found about Ground parameters is on the Nec2 website. There is a section in the user guide that's defined as Ground parameters. It contains all the necessary information regarding of the terms used as well as notes for the presented case.
