As far as I can see, the application's website is having some issues with its hosting. Unfortunately, I can't find any official announcement from the company anywhere on the Internet, so even though this could be a temporary problem, more often than not it means that the application has been discontinued. Furthermore, since Puntology doesn't have an about section, I can't find any way for you to directly contact the developers.
