Is Word Biz 1.8.7 "unavailable"?

I have downloaded the referenced software with both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers (deleted one before downloading again), but the app is labeled "unavailable" and though Word Biz "opens" I am unable to log on with my handle/password on my new computer on Windows 10 OS. Played for years on old computer with Windows XP OS. Any help would be appreciated.

The game is still available. I've downloaded the installation package and registered for an account. I've also created an account and logged on the servers, and there were 11 people playing because I've created an account and then looked for a game.

Use the same URL to download the application: http://www.isc.ro/en/download.html

Additionally, add the game to the Firewall's exclusion list and you should be able to play it.
