Typically, you can see the changes a program gets simply by checking the version release log or more simply called changelog. Now there is a problem, because the official website of the developer is not working anymore which means it's impossible to obtain information about it.
I've accessed the Wayback Machine service provide by the Archive.ORG website and the developers had issues with the website as well.
