The software is considered to be discontinued right now since the official website doesn't exist anymore. I've tried to access the official website, but a generic page was shown instead. I also believe that eBay changed the way it's working which renders the software useless and won't help you with your needs, but if the software is still installed on your PC, then you can proceed to use it like you previously did.
Currently, there is no way to download it or obtain additional information related to availability, functionality and eBay listings.
