I've searched for this program and couldn't find anything available, primarily because the official website (CadWell) doesn't support it anymore. Also, from what I am seeing in the images, it appears that EEG Anywhere is just a simple viewer that can open various files without the editing part.
If you still have the software installed, go to Help > Contents to read more about all the available operations that you can do while the software is installed and opened.
