Please tell me, how to byass iPhone 6s plus iCloud lost mode? I don't know the Apple ID & password.

It's impossible to bypass the iCloud protection for an iOS based device. Only Apple can do that and only if you are the owner of the device. The process will cost you approximately half of the device's full price.

Visit a local Apple Store to see exactly because no app will allow you to unlock it and you shouldn't pay money to individuals for certain applications because it will simple not work.
