If you received the application on a disc, then simply insert the disc into the CD/DVD-Rom and browse it through My Computer. Right click the CD/DVD and select explore. Locate the autorun or the setup package and double click it. If it gives you errors or troubleshooter starts automatically, then right click it and choose Run as Administrator. Select Windows XP or Windows 7 from the list then run it.
This appears to be the only way since the developers don't have anything anymore.
