No, there is no version of DEXi for Mac because it doesn't have support for this platform. Based on the available downloads on the official website of the developers, the software is released for Windows platforms only.
To make it work on Mac, additional software needs to be installed. There are two ways to do this:
Use Wine Bottler, an application that can run Windows apps without having the actual Windows OS installed. Download here: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/
Virtualize Windows using BootCamp (built-in Mac OS) or use Parallels Desktop, that can run Windows in a window while Mac OSX is also running normally.
