It accepted my payment and now says I still have to purchase it. Why?

If you have an issue with the payment or registration data, then you have to contact the developers to see exactly what happened and why the software displays as trial or doesn't allow you to run it.

Luckily, they have a chat where you can talk with support. Access the chat through the following page: https://www.securitycoverage.com/chat/?loc=WWWSite and explain the situation with the software. I believe they will help you since you're already a customer and use their product.
