The Film Factory application was released by Epson, and it was used with the Epson printers. The problem with Film Factory is related to its availability. Epson doesn't provide any download link anymore, which means it's impossible to acquire it unless the app is still available only on CDs, but even so, since it's an old application I doubt that anyone still uses it.
I've searched on all the available websites including the one from Epson, but the results were 0.
