Re [Ticket#2017010900001351]. I have lost the ability to download anything from Youtube. Please see past contact information. Today I uninstalled all AVC programs, reinstalled the AVC Pro and made sure there are no updates available. Still can't download anything from Youtube, even clips I loaded up myself. What can I do?

You have to contact the original developers of the application because they're the ones that have to respond to that ticket.

Use the following email address and add the ticket number in the subject line:

Also, explain the situation in the email and wait for a response. I've looked for a ticketing system, but there isn't one.
