Dishonest conduct of Baltsoft.

Question

I needed only one month in June 2016 for PDF Converter, but Balsoft didn't mention when the subscription or membership will end. With this dishonest behavior, the company draws 9 $ monthly for 8th month in a row now. I am sending a lot of mails to this company to cancel my membership. Can you help?

Try contacting the developers again and again until you receive a response, then contact your bank to block payment to that developer.

As an advice, always pay with PayPal because when this happens, you can request refunds and the developers are penalized.
