The software is using a term that has nothing to do with the Torrent technology. It's just there for branding and naming purpose. The software is actually a video converter that has the capability of converting different files and a disc burner that can help you burn the converted or original files on a DVD of choice, only when you have a CD/DVD-RW installed on your PC.
Also, this is a very old application that lacks a release nowadays which makes it incompatible with newer operating systems. I do not recommend using it.
