The uploading process is done by using the browser and a java Applet. When you login into your account and want to upload photos you will need to accept the prompt in which the website requires you to run a Java Apple in order for the upload window to appear. Make sure you click Allow because if you don't do it, you will not be able to upload photos to the service.
