No, the application is not compatible with the Nokia N97 device or Windows 10. At the time of release, Nokia made this application available only for Windows 95 and NT. There were a few PC Suite applications released along the years, but they're discontinued as well.
If you happen to acquire the drivers, they won't work even if you disable the Driver Enforcement in Windows 10.
