Lenovo Photo Master is an application that uses the files stored on your hard disc to display, edit and share them on the supported networks. Therefore, open My Computer and navigate to the folder where your images are stored. After you remove the images from the disc, open the software and you'll see them listed as missing. Select the images and press the Delete button as well and the items won't be displayed anymore.
There is no other procedure available for this operation except the one presented here.
