My Lenovo IdeaPAD will not upload any of my videos from my phone or camera. I keep getting error messages. Have connected via USB port or camera card. It uploads photos very easy.
I believe this is a problem related to drivers and their installation. While Windows is started, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and check the list. If you see yellow or red items, then it means you are lacking the drivers or something is not working right. I recommend reinstalling the drivers for the phone and camera and then you can connect again.
