As far as I know, the MRI devices and their software support burning to CD/DVD. I've used one last week and was able to burn the contents on the DVD. Therefore, you should check the features available for your machine.
Also, then the machine is generating the output, you will be prompted to select a DVD/CD to save the content.
The PC where this is taking place, needs to be equipped with a CD/DVD writing device.
