Why can't I play spades and gin?

Why can't I play gin or spades, its stuck on both games.

For these games, I know there are some very weird rules. You will have to access the Help section in your game/program to read about the ways you can play the games and then start a new game and go further.

If you have an error with the application, then reinstall it and try again. For additional guides and help files, look in the installation directory of the application/game.
