I've installed a trial version for this software and then tried to find the option related to Import/Export, but the only thing I could find is related to data packing/unpacking which I believe is the actual import/export function. I've used those functions and they work normally even after I've modified the database and tweaked a few shortcuts.
If you have issues with the program, then I recommend picking the latest version to install it.
