Sweep! is a Windows only application. You can still download it from the official website under the Legacy Downloads.

Access the following link to download the software: http://www.wavget.com/download/legacy-downloads/

Here is a direct download URL: http://www.wavget.com/files/SweepInstall.exe

If you've downloaded the app on your Samsung, go to the standard file manager and locate the file in the Downloads directory.
