You are using a Windows version that has not been released by Microsoft officially, and the serial number won't work because it was probably blacklisted. You can't take advantage of the Support from Microsoft because the Windows is not genuine.
You have to buy a genuine version of Windows in order to enjoy support. Also, Windows Vista is an operating system that can't be purchased anymore since other versions have been released that are far more superior in terms of stability, security, performance, user interaction.
