Zone variable is converted to a different variable name.

Question

My name is Adrian Buzgau and I work for Monash Uni, and I need to export data from SQL to SPSS 19 and I have installed the SPSSS Data Access Pack 6.0.

It converts dates to dates data types correctly which solved my original issue however it converts a variable called zone into something else.

As the conversion takes place, please make sure than when you use the plug-in to export the data, the fields are properly configured to conversion because in this case you will encounter errors like the one you have. It seems that the Data Access Pack is not able to convert the variable because it either does not understand it or it is not properly configured to export all the given variables. Check twice the export/import options before you try to perform the operation.
