I've used available resources, but it appears that the developer is out of business. There is no website to visit in order to obtain details about compatibility. This means it's impossible to say if the software works or will ever work on a 64-bit enabled operating systems.
There are other TrainTracker applications, but I don't think they can be used as an alternative to this one since they were created for other regions/countries and operating systems.
