Blurry images can be caused by a bad camera or because you've moved while taking pictures as well as not focusing correctly. If the camera is high end, then it should take pictures in any conditions, but for a low end camera, blurry is common when taking pictures.

You can use an application like SmartDeblur in order to enhance the visual quality of your images: http://smartdeblur.net/download.html

The software is for Windows and you have to transfer the images to your PC through a USB cable or email them and then download the files to your PC.
