Yes, Quickloader will work on Windows 7. I've checked a manual file and this is what is says:
"PCD-Windows Quickloader is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows Server 2003 (SP1 or later), Windows XP (SP2 or later), Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit) and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit)"
As you can see, it supports Windows 7 in both 32 and 64bit.
