Unfortunately, there is no updated version of Labels Unlimited that you can download and use on Windows 10. I've checked available websites and it appears that Labels Unlimited will work only on Windows XP versions.
You can also try to apply a compatibility tweak. If you still have the setup package, right click it and then select Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the list and tick the Run as Administrator.
