It's impossible to say anything about the compatibility settings since the software doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked all the websites that contained the name of this software but none provided enough information to make a conclusion. The software can be considered as being discontinued as well, in which case compatibility doesn't exists at all.
The only way to try it, but it implies to have the setup package, is to apply a compatibility setting through right click menu on the file then Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP Service Pack 3.
