Having to uninstall and reinstall to operate.

Hi,

I recently purchased Cam2PC and after 1 use, then reloading again I get the following error message upon launching the app,

"Due to the security mechanism of Windows Vista, Cam2pc may require your authorization to perform system related operation. If the appear, review the authorization dialogs, and click allow."

Upon clicking on "OK", I get the next error message,

"Cam2pc" has stopped working. A problem caused the program to work correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Upon clicking on "Close Program", this app closes.

I then have to uninstall and re-install to gain its functionality, but only once. After closing, I get the same error messages and then have to uninstall and reinstall to gain functionality.

Please provide me a solution to this problem or provide a process for me to obtain a refund for the program. I do love the program when it runs so I would like to keep it, but can not go about uninstalling and reinstalling each time I need to use it.

I've downloaded the application and installed it as well on my PC with Windows 10 x64 as the primary OS. The software normally and I do encounter the same message as you, but after the application is restarted, it still works and no error is given, therefore the problem with compatibility is eliminated. However, on a different operating system, the application might not work or give you errors.
