Based on my knowledge, the PlayStation 4 and XBOX ONE consoles don't offer the possibility to install custom browsers. At least on PlayStation 4, because XBOX One received an update and Microsoft Windows Store was united with XBOX Store and UWP now allows installation of various apps, but I don't think you can install another browser for PlayStation 4.
